BK99 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and BK99 ("BK99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the BK99 website or mobile application, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

BK99 is an online sports betting and gaming platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. The platform offers cricket betting, PSL markets, international sports, live casino games and a range of other gaming products, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to all users of the BK99 platform regardless of the device, browser or app version being used. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on BK99, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended BK99 account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your name, date of birth and contact details.

BK99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport or proof of address — to confirm eligibility. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily may be suspended or closed.

3. Account Responsibilities

As a BK99 member, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person.

Each member is permitted to hold only one BK99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different devices and payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals being forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BK99 support immediately via the details provided on this page.

• Keep your password strong and do not reuse it on other websites.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Do not allow others to deposit, bet or withdraw on your behalf.
• Update your contact details if they change so that we can reach you when needed.

BK99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BK99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your BK99 account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method. BK99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed on the same day for verified accounts.
• Raast and bank transfer: typically processed within one to three working days.
• VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

BK99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the member. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third party — funds must be returned to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

5. Betting Rules

BK99 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 international fixtures, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager, subject to the in-play and early cash-out rules where applicable.
• BK99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created in error, with incorrect odds, or where there is clear evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs or affected by weather, settlement rules for the specific market type will apply as published in the BK99 betting rules section.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. No account is taken of subsequent appeals or reviews after official result confirmation.
• Accumulator and multi-bet selections are treated individually — if one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per member account level. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

BK99 uses real-time pricing on live in-play markets. Odds can change rapidly during live events and the platform may briefly suspend markets during significant moments — wickets, goals, major injuries — to recalculate prices. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BK99 runs a range of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds, which must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements differ by promotion — always check the individual offer page for the applicable rollover, minimum odds and eligible markets before accepting a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the cash balance that results from completing the wagering requirement is eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per IP address and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• BK99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the original terms at the time of claiming will apply.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account closed.

Promotional offers are designed for entertainment and to reward genuine betting activity. Using bonuses purely as a risk-free arbitrage strategy — for example by placing opposing bets to guarantee clearing a rollover — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

7. Casino & Live Games

BK99's live casino and slots section is powered by third-party game studios. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live dealer games are streamed from dedicated studios. The following rules apply:

• Game rules specific to each title — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and slot games — are displayed within the game interface. These rules take precedence over any general casino guidance.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled based on the game state recorded on the game provider's server at the time of the disconnection.
• BK99 is not responsible for third-party game provider outages, though we will work to resolve any unresolved game rounds within a reasonable timeframe.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games vary by table and game type and are displayed within the game before you place your wager.
• Casino bonuses may have different wagering contribution rates per game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BK99 platform. Engaging in any of these actions will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, access markets or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account limits.
• Using the platform to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties, or engage in any financial fraud.
• Sharing or selling account access to other individuals.
• Placing bets in coordination with others to manipulate markets or outcomes.
• Using VPN services or other technical means to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing BK99 staff or other members through any communication channel.

9. Privacy & Data

BK99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support and send you communications about your account and relevant promotions (where you have opted in). BK99 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

BK99 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to deliver the platform services. All such third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data BK99 holds about you.
• You can request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting support.
• Account closure requests will result in data being retained for the minimum period required for legal and financial record-keeping purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

BK99 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience for all members. We strongly encourage all players to approach betting and gaming as a form of entertainment with a set budget, and never to bet money they cannot afford to lose.

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking partners.
• Losses arising from bets placed during a period when the member's account was under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation.
• Errors in information provided by third-party sports data or odds feeds that have been corrected before settlement.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service outages or government-imposed restrictions.

In all cases, BK99's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant event. BK99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

BK99 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, registered members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the BK99 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. BK99 recommends revisiting this page at the start of each PSL season or before engaging with a new product area on the platform.
